We walked into the hall. The red carpet was lying there, the photographer standing in front of us. Cocktails in glasses sat on the decorated table. People wearing purple, green, blue (o wait that was me:) black, pink, grey...we sat down.

speeches were made, toasts were done.
And then it played-

What an amazing night-best night of my life. And then it ended. It was just over.

But i'd do it again any time.

theres just one night only left-and the night ive been waiting for for ages...his matric dance:):):):) ive got the dress, the shoes, the makeup, the hair and the most gorgeous jewellery...tomorrow nites gna be the nite of nites!!!!!!i cant wait!!!!!wen he asked me i wasnt sure if he was joking or not...i mean hes in grade 12 im a couple years younger...wat kind of matric wants to take a little girl??? it was a dream cum true...(*sigh*) i cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh I don't no

I don't know what to say. I've written some stuff and erased it. Written some more and erased that too. Why? Probably coz I don't know who's gonna read this, or what they'll think of me. It's cold today and I am sitting at home working on a biology project-about teenage pregnancy. I've always wondered what it would be like to be pregnant-is it scary?

This is my first blog-I'm a little bit frightened to be honest.

Hey here's my joke of the week...what do monkeys do at the theatre? They apelaude! hehehe...you're probably thinking that that was the worst joke you've ever heard...me too:) but it still makes me laugh...i think laughing's a good thing...the world can get a bit boring sometimes and it's good to amuse yourself.

I was writing and English essay earlier. We had to find a quote we liked and then write a speech about it. My quote is " In the end, it's not the years in your life that cound. It's the life in those years." Abraham Lincoln said that. He was a pretty cool dude. My speech is about Helen Keller-she was deaf, blind and mute. But grew up to get her Bachelor's degree in the Arts, she knew Mark Twain and had been written letters by 8 American Presidents.

That's hardcore.
